I saw Noah’s Ark float by…..

Not to lighten the flooding going on elsewhere in the country at all, but I flooded half the garden on Sunday. I turned on the soaker hose, set the kitchen timer and promptly forgot why I set the timer. We went out and did a bunch of stuff and came home, forgot about it still then I noticed the water pressure inside was low and it dawned on my that I’d never shut off the water in the garden.

Sadly, I didn’t get pictures, but the taters, corn, tomatoes, grapes and pumpkins were all under about 4″ of water. It was funny and slightly amusing.

The best part is those plants are growing like mad now :lol
