Guys, it finally happened, we got chickens!
We got word last week that we’d definitely be getting chicks from our neighbor, so we got to work converting half of our “Goat Barn” into a chicken coop and creating a secure fence to keep the chickens in, and our Husky (and all the other predators) out!
Side note, we haven’t needed to buy lumber in a very long time and I about fell over at the cost of time plywood and a few boards! Eek!
Today, we bought these adorable, week old fluffballs home! Everyone is in love with them. The adventure begins!
