sugar

cinnamon

all purpose flour

white sugar

brown sugar

baking powder

cinnamon

salt

large eggs
⅔
cup
melted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Put apple slices into large bowl, combine
¾ cup sugar
and
½ tsp cinnamon
in bowl; sprinkle over apples and stir gently to coat.
Place coated apples in ungreased 13x9-inch baking dish.
In a medium sized bowl, combine
2 cups all purpose flour
,
1 cup white sugar
,
1 cup brown sugar
,
2 tsp baking powder
,
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp cinnamon
.
Add
2 large eggs
to flour mixture, and mix until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over apples. Pour
⅔ cup melted butter
over topping.
Bake 45-55 minutes or until lightly browned and apples are tender. Serve warm with cream, whipped cream, or ice cream.
