Ingredients
3avocadosalmost overripe, peels and pits removed
2tomatoessmall, diced very small, drained - see notes
½small oniondiced fine
1tbspfresh cilantrochopped, or 1 tsp dried cilantro
1tbspgarlicminced
2-3tbsplime juice
½tspFrank's Hot Sauce
½tspsalt
¼tspground cumin
Instructions
Place avocado in a medium mixing bowl and mash with a fork or potato masher. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Let rest at room temperature for an hour before serving to allow flavours to develop.
Notes
Roma tomatoes give the best flavour and texture, but use what you've got, if needed. Drain really juicy tomatoes, really well, before adding to the bowl.
