2tbsp dried onion flakes

Instructions
4+ hours before serving
In a small mixing bowl, whisk the ¾ cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp milk, 2-3 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, 3-4 tbsp white vinegar, 2 tbsp lemon juice, and 2 tbsp dried onion flakes together.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, though 8+ hours is optimal. The flavour develops most after several hours.
Thoroughly mix the shredded cabbage and carrots together in a large mixing bowl.
Add dressing over cabbage mixture and mix well to fully incorporate the dressing. Cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to let all the flavours develop.
Mix again before serving. Use within 1 day.
Notes
Once the dressing is mixed with the cabbage, it'll start to go watery. After 12 hours, it'll still taste good, but will lose the creaminess.
